THE PROCESS OF SELLING AND BUYING ON CARTIBUY
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS?
When a customer makes a purchase of your product or services, the amount paid by the customer will be reserved at cartibuy.sa. cartibuy.sa will transfer the final amount to your dashboard after deducting the applicable fees.

Customer or buyer visits cartibuy.sa using a computer or phone.

Customer browsers & finds the product to make the purchase on cartibuy.sa.

Customer adds the product to the cart to finalize the purchase on cartibuy.

Customer pays for the product or services using their cartibuy.sa account.

Cartibuy deducts the % + Fee. Amount excludes shipping & taxes.

The final amount is transferred to the seller's dashboard for processing.
The above process does not factor in the shipping cost and sales tax. As every transaction is different, such as in Case Scenario A: shipping will be deducted from the sellers account, only if the shipping label is purchased and generated from cartibuy.sa sellers dashboard or Scenario B: No shipping cost will be deducted, if the shipping label is purchased elsewhere, by the seller.

Say you sold a Men’s T-shirt for SAR 100/- on cartibuy.sa. The category percentage fee for Men fashion is 5% on each item sold.

The Complex Math
Say you sold a Men’s T-shirt for SAR 100/- on cartibuy.sa, and charged the customer SAR 25/- for shipping, bringing the total to SAR 125/-. The cartibuy marketplace category percentage fee for Men fashion is 5% on each item sold which brings the total to SAR 6.25/-. The final amount that the seller receive would be total SAR received – Shipping Fees – Cartibuy Marketplace and therefore…
